Louise started as a client and is now the longest-serving employee for Turnbull Built – being their General Manager. Louise is the driving force, continually propelling Turnbull Built into a successful multi-award-winning building company, and has industry recognition of her efforts, winning the HIA 2022 Professional Service Excellence Award! Devoted, dedicated, and innovative – Louise helps shape your build into a personalised building experience.

When not running Turnbull Built office, she can be seen on a number of boards around Adelaide, being the number one supporter at son Mitch’s many sporting commitments, and even winding back the clock herself on the netball court!

Meet Scott, our estimating extraordinaire. Scotty is a seasoned estimator with 20 years of experience in the construction industry. His expertise in estimating is matched by his passion to work closely with suppliers and trades to understand the latest construction techniques and achieve the optimum outcomes for our clients.

When he’s not crunching numbers, you can find Scott keeping fit at the gym or with his beloved team racing Sprint Cars.

As our Design & Selection Manager, Belinda has more than 30 years of experience in the industry. She possesses a vast amount of knowledge on all aspects of styling and interior design. Belinda’s enthusiasm is evident in her desire to work closely with clients to bring out the true personality of a home, whether it’s a striking statement feature, a subtle colour palette, or a sense of relaxed sophistication.

She brings every detail together in a seamless fashion. Add to that, her European background adds a splash of joy and warmth to the office with the aroma of home-cooked meals and captivating stories of old and new traditions.

Adam, with nearly 40 years in the building industry, is renowned for his dedication to quality and craftsmanship. He learned from his father-in-law, a seasoned builder, and has completed hundreds of successful projects, many earning industry recognition.

Adam’s hands-on, calm, and considered approach and meticulous attention to detail ensure client satisfaction by surpassing expectations. Turnbull Built, under his leadership, has established itself as a front runner in construction excellence and innovative design.

When he’s not creating customised homes that embody the owners’ individuality and lifestyle, Adam can be found enjoying his passion for motor sports or watching his beloved Bombers.

Jodie completes the dynamic duo behind Turnbull Built, bringing her unique strengths to the partnership. While Adam focuses on crafting exquisite, high-quality homes, Jodie is dedicated to fostering a workplace that feels like family.

Her keen eye for design helps clients transform their spaces into beautiful, personalised environments, and she ensures that every team member feels valued and empowered. In her rare moments of leisure, Jodie enjoys indulging in shopping, sipping on bubbly, or taking leisurely walks with her cherished dog, River.

Zac is our super organised, and very cool, calm, and collected Project Manager. And yes, if you thought there was a resemblance to owner Adam, you are right, son of. Having completed his Civil Engineering degree and working in industry for many years, we were delighted to secure Zac’s talents to help drive the efficiency, accuracy, and service side of our projects.

When not making everything run smoothly on-site, you might find Zac playing footy for Adelaide Uni, riding motorbikes, or taking to the Murray on a water ski.

Harry started at Turnbull Built right after finishing school as a first-year apprentice, showing impressive enthusiasm and commitment to his craft. Now, as the head of the carpentry team, he excels in leadership, inspiring his crew and steering them in a positive direction.

He’s a key player in the company and is likely to lead the on-site team for many years ahead. When he’s not busy on a ladder, you can find Harry enjoying the waves on a surfboard or hitting the beach for plenty of water action.

Claude Rees joined the Turnbull Built team as a 3rd Year carpenter apprentice, bringing a wealth of experience along with him. As a committed and dependable member of the carpentry crew, Claude takes great pride in his craftsmanship.

His laid-back demeanour helps him navigate any changes or challenges that arise with ease. When he’s not working, you might catch Claude enjoying any number of sports.

Jack became a part of our carpentry team in early 2024 when he kicked off his apprenticeship. His easy-going demeanour suits the physical demands and attention to detail required in this field.

When he’s not busy framing a new house, Jack enjoys nothing more than hanging out on the river, waterskiing dawn till dusk and playing footy with his mates.

Boyd recognised his desired career path from a young age, and as a school-based carpenter apprentice, he balances his time between classes, on-site work, and trade school.

His enthusiasm for learning and expanding his carpentry knowledge is evident. When he’s not working or studying, Boyd enjoys footy and spending time with his friends.
