Construction Commences

Once you have signed your Building Contract and Specification we submit all the structural drawings and these documents to council to receive Building Consent. As soon as this is received, construction of your home kicks off in earnest.

As a family owned business you not only start your process dealing with Adam, but every step of construction is overseen by Adam so your peace of mind never alters.

You will be introduced to key team members who will partner with you throughout the construction phase to ensure everything runs smoothly.
