Handing over the Keys

When everything is finished you’ll be more than ready to dive into your new life, and all the long hours of planning and hard work will have been worth it. We take care of you long after you have taken the keys and moved in. Our personalised service continues with after-sale support should there need to be any adjustments. We provide 3 and 12-month maintenance checks and your warranty lasts for 12 months post hand over. Adam will inspect your home on these occasions to see that it is the same as when it was handed over.
