The custom build home award was a great reflection of our client's Karen and Richard O'Dea's amazing design and vision for a modern warehouse with an industrial style. The renovation award equally showcased Louise and Stephen Small's passion to transform their 1920's bungalow with a modern extension while enhancing the character features.
